Penasquitos Location... Keiko first started her training and career in the hair industry in Japan for 8 years prior to coming to the USA. She has been in the US for 6 years now, and with California Cuts for 5 years. She has attended Redken Color Classes and Relaxer classes to further her education.

Keiko's specialties include color, highlight/lowlight, perms, waxing, relaxers and children's cuts.  She is Certified in color and Brazilian Blowout.

Keiko believes that when the customer is happy she is happy. She always gives her best to her client and is very clean and safety concious.

When Keiko has free time she enjoysreading, painting with water colors and has an apperciation for antiques.
